We have the facilities and knowledge to meet the high-level technical requirements and service demanded by customers & can provide a rapid turnaround of castings.
Sand Casting
Low & medium volume runs are produced using an air set sand system. The sand line utilizes the latest technology to control the blend of sand giving the finest detail possible for producing sand castings
Tooling
Our in house tool making department design and manufacture tools to support our customers requirements for metal pressing.
Machining
Conventional and CNC turning, milling, trimming, grinding, shot blasting, multi head drilling and tapping are all carried out in house, along with Lloyds certified load and pressure testing to 10000 PSI. We are also able to provide a wide range of surface finishes from powder coating to plating to suit the final requirement of the client.
Gravity Die Casting
We employ skilled casters which also allows the use of a variety of alloys without limiting batch quantities. A wide range of product sizes can easily be made using sand cores for internal profiles where required.
Design
